The effects of climate change are also making the building industry increasingly responsible: high energy and resource consumption and the considerable amount of waste produced make a rethink in the building sector inevitable. But how does "sustainability" actually work and how do buildings become climate-neutral? Our experts regularly provide public information on legal framework conditions, new regulations, strategies and solutions for the building sector. Here are the current dates and publications.

The compendium „Klimaneutrale Gebäude: Nachhaltigkeit bei Bestandimmobilien und Neubauprojekten“ was published by Forum-Verlag in January 2023. Responsible for the content is a collective of authors with the collaboration of the building physics and sustainability team at iproplan around Dr. Saad Baradiy. Topics include building eco-balancing, GEG, climate neutrality in new building construction.
This is now the third cooperation with Forum-Verlag. Previous publications dealt, for example, with sound insulation. Currently, intensive work is already underway on the new edition; the new regulations on KfN "Climate-friendly new construction" must be added.
