Based on the existing laws and according to the prescribed method of working, an impact analysis was
carried out relating to the declared aims of the area, in order to find out whether the cycle track, alone or
combined with other plans and projects, would considerably affect the area. A risk analysis was conducted, especially for the nature conservation area Elbe valley between Schöna and Mühlberg.
