Acting responsibly is an integral part of our corporate philosophy. We integrate ecological and social aspects into all processes and view sustainability as a continuous process and cross-cutting issue that directly or indirectly affects all areas of the company. In this way, we are setting the course for sustainable corporate development in order to meet the challenges of the future.
Every year, iproplan® undergoes the rating process of EcoVadis, an internationally recognized provider of sustainability assessments in the area of corporate social responsibility. We have currently been awarded the bronze medal for our strong sustainability performance and responsible corporate behaviour.
EcoVadis assesses a total of 21 possible criteria in the areas of environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement on the basis of an industry-specific classification. With the EcoVadis award, we are sending an important signal to our clients and business partners and making it clear that we not only consider sustainability to be an essential factor for competitive and future-proof companies, but also in our business practices and our day-to-day business.
iproplan® has been a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) since 2009.
We benefit from the exchange of knowledge with other experts in order to jointly shape the path towards a sustainably built environment. We are also represented in various sustainability working groups: the Association of Consulting Engineers (VBI), the Federal Chamber of Engineers, the Saxony Chamber of Engineers, etc.
This keeps us constantly informed about new developments and standards in the field of sustainable planning, construction and operation of buildings and enables us to make an active contribution to greater sustainability and the transformation of the construction and property industry.
