Last Friday and Saturday, the exhibition “Chemnitz‘ architects – Projects and ideas“ took place in the industrial museum of Chemnitz in the framework of the 10^th Central German Architects’ day 2018. Different architects and architectural offices were able to present themselves and their projects on this occasion. Also iproplan® Planungsgesellschaft mbH took this possibility and showed several reference projects of the last years.

In addition to the exhibition, the Saxon Chamber of Architects invited to an exchange of experiences together with the Chambers from Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia. They offered the possibility to the specialists and the guests to discuss the topic “New working environments – Architect 4.0” relevant to benchmarking criteria. Beside a visit of the museum and a guided walk through the industrial museum, the guests also had the possibility to participate in a city tour through Chemnitz as well as in a factory tour through the VW vehicle production plant in Zwickau.

The exhibition relevant to the Architects’ day will be shown again in the framework of the “Day of the Architecture 2018” in Saxony. Interested people will then have the possibility to see all exhibits in the shopping mall “Galerie Roter Turm – Nikolaipassage” between June 16^th and June 24^th.
