VBI Federal Board elected: Jörg Thiele re-elected President

The new Federal Executive Board was elected at the VBI Association Conference in Mainz. Jörg Thiele received unanimous confirmation for his re-election as President. Jörgen Kopper and Peter Warnecke were also re-elected as Vice Presidents. Christina Zimmermann, Daniel Lambrecht, Otto-Ewald Marek, Christian Richert and Jan Schmitt took on the positions of assessors.

In his speech, Jörg Thiele emphasized the importance of the further development of the industry and promised to work with full energy for the interests of planners and engineers in the coming years:

“Our industry is facing enormous challenges. That's why I want to do all I can to ensure that the voice of planners and engineers is heard. Our goal remains clear: to create optimal framework conditions for our profession, promote technical innovation and develop a sustainable future for our society without sacrificing prosperity,” says Jörg Thiele.
