In Berlin-Weißensee, the Falkowski Group is developing the Falkenquartier - an impressive construction project comprising eight apartment buildings. These buildings are being constructed using an innovative timber construction method. 67 apartments on an area of almost 6000 square meters not only offer modern comfort, but also set an example for sustainable and efficient construction.
With our expertise in thermal building physics and building acoustics as well as our comprehensive energy and sustainability consulting, we are committed to ensuring that the future Falkenquartier meets the highest standards right from the planning phase. Our aim is to design the project to be sustainable and energy-efficient and to successfully prepare and complete it for certification in accordance with the guidelines of the QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction) and the German Sustainable Building Council.
