Last week, OFB-Projektentwicklung GmbH celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the versatile office ensemble at Alte Messe 1a in Leipzig together with us, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor for Economic Affairs, Labor and Digital Affairs, Clemens Schülke, Building Mayor Thomas Diensberg and numerous other project participants from local politics, administration and business.

Congratulations to all those involved in project phases 6 - 9. And as if that wasn't reason enough to celebrate, this outstanding project was awarded the DGNB pre-certificate in GOLD.
